I bought a Stovebolt (http://www.stoveboltengineco.com/) split intake/exhaust system and it has been good about not leaking and I like the headers. While my intake is for a 4 BBL carb, Stovebolt also sells an Offenhauser intake for a 1 BBL carb -- see http://www.stoveboltengineco.com/acartpro/product.asp?productid=106 (no online photo at this time). I'd recommend checking that out.

By the way, how do you like the Jasper rebuilt 250?

as you well know, this isnt my first go around w/ this problem.on used on after anouther.how do i convert to a split intake and exhaust manifold? i dont want to go with a 4 barrel carb, im not looking to soup-it up,just get away from the bolt together system.
